Star Capital Solutions LLC is a business funding broker, not a lender. We do not make credit decisions. Our office is at 333 Arthur Godfrey Rd, Miami Beach, FL 33140, and we serve businesses in all 50 states. You can reach us at 645.202.4782.

What we collect

When you complete our application, we collect the information funding providers use to review a request, including:

• Business information such as legal name, EIN, entity type, address, and time in business
• Revenue and banking information, including recent business bank statements you upload
• Owner and authorized-signer information
• Your requested amount and planned use of funds

How your information is used

We use the information you provide to prepare a complete file and present your request to funding providers so they can review it and, where available, make an offer. We do not sell your personal information.

Credit

Star Capital Solutions does not pull your credit. A funding provider reviewing your application may request credit as part of making an offer. Submitting an application does not obligate you to accept an offer.

Documents and security

Bank statements and supporting documents are uploaded through our secure application provider. Please do not email financial documents, identification, or account information unless we give you an approved secure method. We will never ask for your online banking sign-in details.

Your choices

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request access or deletion where applicable. Call 645.202.4782.

Text messaging (SMS terms)

By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from Star Capital Solutions. This includes SMS messages for conversations (external). Program description. Star Capital Solutions LLC sends one-to-one text messages to people who have previously contacted us or applied for business funding with us. Messages follow up on your earlier request and invite you to submit a new application. A team member handles replies personally.

How you opt in. You opt in by giving us your phone number and agreeing to be contacted by Star Capital Solutions, either by phone or through a web form, including when you applied for business funding with us.

Message frequency and rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or of getting a funding offer.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time and we will stop texting you right away.
