What we collect

When you complete our application, we collect the information funding providers use to review a request, including:

• Business information such as legal name, EIN, entity type, address, and time in business
• Revenue and banking information, including recent business bank statements you upload
• Owner and authorized-signer information
• Your requested amount and planned use of funds

How your information is used

We use the information you provide to prepare a complete file and present your request to funding providers so they can review it and, where available, make an offer. We do not sell your personal information.

Credit

Star Capital Solutions does not pull your credit. A funding provider reviewing your application may request credit as part of making an offer. Submitting an application does not obligate you to accept an offer.

Documents and security

Bank statements and supporting documents are uploaded through our secure application provider. Please do not email financial documents, identification, or account information unless we give you an approved secure method. We will never ask for your online banking sign-in details.
